Evergreen Brewery was built to bring people together with fresh food, music, and mountain views—a welcoming spot for locals and visitors alike.

A Vision That Grew Into Community

A Vision That Grew Into Community

Over 30 years ago, Casey Boone dreamed of creating a local space rooted in the outdoors and community spirit. That dream began with Boone Mountain Sports and grew into today’s tap house, sitting on the second floor with views of Bergen Peak and Elk Meadow. Built with the help of friends old and new, it has become a gathering place where neighbors and visitors share food, music, and good company.

Fresh food made daily with local ingredients brings families, couples, and visitors back again and again. Carrying On the Local Tradition

Carrying On the Local Tradition

What began as the Wapiti Lounge, a spot where friends gathered to laugh and share stories, has grown into a welcoming brewpub. Today, Bobby and the team continue that same tradition, treating every guest like family. They take pride in sharing upcoming events, house-brewed drinks, and food prepared with care. It’s about keeping the spirit of Evergreen alive through community, conversation, and lasting memories.
